2	Aug 10 Gala Updates - Mayor’s message (update with message below) - Add at the bottom of the Mayor’s Message page, add the supported charities: a photo and name of the charity that will link to the respective charity (listed below) – we will be using the logos as the image and the links are being confirmed with the Gala Chair now. o Supported Charities  Lakeridge Health Ajax Pickering Hospital – Mental Health Unit  Wounded Warriors Canada  Royal Canadian Legions - Pickering and Claremont Branches - Contact page should be the Gala info email and the Gala Chair emails, not the sponsorship contacts - There should be a SOLD banner on the highest level sponsor - We’re missing a page where the paid sponsors are mentioned as they get recognition on the website. Listed below are some of the confirmed sponsors, more are to come. SILENT AUCTION PAGE: So nothing right now but can we just add a link that takes you to trellis and all the items? As items are coming in the link goes active a month prior to event??? NOT SURE THIS IS POSSIBLE My feedback: If booking a reservation (landing page) should say if booking a HOTEL reservation. It looks like you can reserve seats at the gala - and not really sure why that is on the landing page - it is under the event details page - where it should be. On the about page change honouring 500 distinguished guests to 'hosting'. We aren't honouring the guests. Same about page - supporting Ajax Pickering Hospital Mental Health Program. Also add in the Carion Fenn Foundation. The nav bar on the bottom of same about page is not displaying properly. I don't think we need any of the detail that is there. I think having the link to click on to receive a sponsorship package is sufficient. This is a public facing website - that level of detail is not necessary or should it be shared like that - I think we list the levels and we can add the logos of who is sponsoring as they come in. Contact page needs the verbiage from the about page removed. And Kevin's name should be on one line. We also need a photos button on the right nav bar so we can add the photos from Will to the website so people can go back and look following the event. We may also want a news button - we can add the media advisory/media release, Carion's red carpet to this page, and include a contact for media (should be someone at the hospital for this year). 1. The sponsorship page – they’ve confirmed they want all the details removed and just leave it with the sponsorship levels, logos and link to the package at the bottom 2. The gallery page – we’re going to replace the event details page with the gallery page after the event and post photos/videos from the gala 3. The news page – I’m suggesting that we add the Carion videos (red carpet stuff) to the gallery after the event; if they want to do anything live, I’m recommending they do so on their socials (IG Live) since the website wouldn’t be broadcasting live content. I’ve also told the Chair there isn’t a ton o value to adding a news page with a media release that is months old 4. Mayors message page – can we add the Carion Fenn Foundation to the list of supported charities (https://carionfenn.org/) – can you pull the logo please? 5.
